I'm glad you got away from the dogs--experienced cyclists crash much less than inexperienced cyclists, but dogs cause about the same number of crashes for both groups. Perhaps because they are so unpredictable?
Anyway, I'm glad you're okay and I'm sure you got a good workout. I bet you couldn't have pedaled like that a week ago.
