A good report from the doctor, for a change.

 Got a call from my doctor's office, and the ultrasound on the cysts within my neck show them to be not growing and thus stable, and thus, benign, and thus, not cancer, and thus, no neck slashing surgery.  (Kermit the Frog hands over my head, screaming "YAAAAAAAAAAAY!")

My other blood tests are also good:  normal blood sugars, normal cholesterol, normal thyroid, meaning my meds are on track.  (Yes!)

Now, I just need to eat less, and exercise more, lose weight, and get off the blasted shots by making my weight goal.  Oh yeah.  The hard part.
