Jingle Bling Saves the Day

I have a harmony chime ball ring I sometimes wear, a remembrance from a dear friend who passed away. It chimes when I move around, but is in general fairly quiet.

Today, at school, one of my students noticed it jingling non-stop, and asked me what was the matter, because I looked so strange and pale. I was shaking in the middle of a blood sugar reaction, and my ring was jingling because of it.

I was able to get tested and have an exchange or two without my blood sugar getting too low. Who knew I had an early warning system in my jewelry?
