Sparkle found a pair of scissors and whacked off more of her hair.  She's looking very ragamuffin.  She sort of has bangs.  That seems a charitable way to describe the wisps about her face.  My darling husband, the minimizer, says it's not too bad.  From across the room from me.

Well, Sparkle now indeed has a chin-length with bangs cut. She loves it!
