D'oh! A Deer! A Female Deer!

This morning, there was a doe in our front yard, eating pine needles off our trees, and digging up ivy under the snow.  Sparkle, looking out the window cried out: "Oh, Mama!  There's an animal in our yard!" 

I asked "What is it, sweetie?"  

She said "It's a kangaroo with FOUR legs!"

well, deer and kangaroos do look somewhat alike if you don't consier the front legs and the tail. It's kind of observant of her to notice that, actually.
