I'm off to Confluence in Pittsburgh, PA.
Randy always runs an excellent filk track, and I look forward to hearing some groups I have not yet had the pleasure of seeing before, as well as old friends.
I'm also excited to see my friend Beth, who introduced me to fandom when i was a teen, and thereby saved my sanity, and made me realize I was *not* alone. She gave me "home."
I am grateful to my darling husband, whose flexibility in being willing to do so many weekends alone this year has let me go and do things otherwise not possible. Hugs, darling!
