plague

Four days after ConSonance, I felt ill. Typical for traveling to a different part of the country and meeting and greeting hordes of friendly folk. Now, still not better, I think got the same plague that laid vixyish low, as I am staggering about getting worse rather than better.

[hugs] Very sorry you're sick! My standard first recommendation at this point is Thai Kitchen Roasted Garlic Soup. Very soothing, opens up the sinuses like nothin'. And lots of fluids and bed rest.

If it provides any glimmer of hope, I started getting better at almost *exactly* the two-week mark. I hope you start feeling better soon!
