My DH picked up Sparkle from her summer program, and encountered one of her classroom aides, who was subbing in for today. he took the opportunity to ask how her behaviors compared with the school year, since Sparkle is now off the heavy-duty medicine. The classroom teacher confirmed that today was a typical day for Sparkle in the classroom, neither happy perfect nor meltdown awful, but normal.
The aide said that Sparkle was a little less cooperative, a bit more inclined to get frustrated, but not too off from her school year behaviors. I think this was a very good check in and feedback point.
