 Driving to swim lessons, we saw the Siamese in the window of our next-door neighbors, with whom we share a driveway.

Have not yet spoken to them, but I am curious as to whether they owned the cat before we saw her in the driveway, or took pity on her and took her in over the weekend.  Since they have a young child, it is possible she slipped out if the little one left the sliding door open.

I am much pleased and relieved.  Thank you to those who were willing to open their homes for her, but she appears to be okay.  (Happy dance!)

She was meowing and pawing at the window to say "hi" to us. She might try slipping out again, but now I know where to put her back.
