Talk Like a Pirate Day

I dressed up yesterday at work for Talk Like a Pirate Day Eve, and did my "write with jargon and make your speakers Individuals by the word choices they use" lesson.  Me day went very well, and the students responded to me enthusiasms well this year.  I got some great writing! 

I dressed like a pirate all day today, too, although me voice is a bit rough from all the hearty talk.  I saw good friends today, and had a good time.  Life remains sweet.

I listen to my Pirate Queen song Peter Alway wrote for me last year, and I am absurdly happy.

On Talk Like a Pirate Day Peter and I spent a relaxing sunny afternoon launching model rockets. I gave him some glittery pirate booty of his copy of the NARAM first place in teams division trophy.
