My buddy the coyote

judifilksignI pulled in late last night from animae night with friends. As I was unloading my van, I turned around, and there, in the light from my vehicle, close enough to kick, was my buddy the coyote.
He was sitting down, head cocked, with a big canine grin, tail wagging. A thrill went through me, with my arms all loaded up with bags and purse and stuff. He got up, tail wagging, and trotted off into the darkness.
Wow.

Date: 2008-03-23 05:52 pm (UTC)One of the bunnies in my yard once got carried away by a hawk as I was doing dishes looking out of the window. It was freaky.
